Consisting of individual self-guided vehicles, EVOlab enables automated handling of materials. The system consists of sending and receiving stations and allows vehicles to identify and move along different routes. EVOlab employs virtual routes and therefore it does not require the installation of mechanical guides. Each vehicle is equipped with a motor, steering and stabilizing wheels, on-board batteries and a laser navigation software.
