Oppent has been entrusted with the automation of internal transports at Monselice’s new hospital, currently under construction. The pneumatic transport system will allow fast transportation of lab test analyses, blood bags, drugs and documents.
The network will be equipped with 3 lines and 2,500 meters of pipes that will connect the different areas of the facility: the inpatient wards; outpatient clinics; the emergency room; intensive care; laboratory; anatomical pathology; the phlebotomy department and donor area; hemodialysis; blood banks; medical management; endoscopy; oncology; pharmacy; and delivery rooms.
A total number of 32 stations will transport test tubes, samples and blood bags in complete security.
