ORGANIC WASTE SYSTEM
This is a system for the disposal of organic waste: it grinds and compacts food waste from the meat, seafood and fruit and vegetable departments.

Once inserted via one or more loading stations, the organic waste no further has any contact with the atmosphere. It is sent through a pipeline network to a central collection station where collected products are homogenized and purified.
At the end of the cycle, waste is placed into a container assigned to removal, in other cases separation takes place: a part of the waste is recycled while the rest is disposed of in the sewer system.
